Long term lets

We have recently successfully let the house out on an Annual Let which might come to an end in May 2011.The house will probably be let on a weekly basis over the summer of 2011 and will then be available for Long Lets after the summer.

The rent on an annual basis would be 850 euros per month exclusive of bills and council tax.(It has stayed at this rate for the last 3 years)

 If the house was to be let just over  the winter then the monthly rate would be lower. Approx 700 euros per month exclusive of bills and council tax.

 You will find the weather a lot more acceptable than the 6 months of cold drizzle that we get in the UK.

The temperature is a lot milder and even though it can be cold in January and February it will generally still be very sunny. Don't forget that many artists came down to the South of France for "The Light".

You will find the town very "natural" during the winter with less of the tourists, although this isn't really a problem in the summer.

The Ryanair/Easyjet/Ferry prices are at their lowest and it really isn't out of the question to come back to the UK to visit friends and family .

You can take your pet,subject to our approval.

You can take items of furniture,electrical equipment or your own bedclothes etc
