Long term lets

One of the popular approaches, these days, to the English winter is to:

1. Switch off the heating

2. Plug in your timer switches

3. Give your house keys to your family/neighbours

4.Get in the car and........... leave

We can offer very favourable rates for long term lets over the Autumn/Winter season . You will find the weather a lot more acceptable than the 6 months of cold drizzle that we get over here.

The temperature is a lot milder and even though it can be cold in January and February it will generally still be sunny. Don't forget that many artists came down to the south of France for "The Light".

You will find the town very "natural" during the winter with less of the tourists, although this isn't really a problem in the summer.

The Ryanair/Easyjet/Ferry prices are at their lowest and it really isn't out of the question to come back to the UK to visit friends and family .

You can take your pet,subject to our approval.

You can take small items of furniture,electrical equipment or your own bedclothes etc
