With only 2½ miles to a glorious sandy beach, 2 minutes walk to the port with its range of gastronomic delights, 1 minute walk to the ancient town centre with its colourful weekly market and easy driving to many local vineyards, we wonder if you will notice the full renovation that we have done to Belle Madeleine!

Marseillan Ville, the home of Noilly Prat, is within easy reach of 5 Ryanair airports* and the spectaular sites of Carcassonne, Pezenas and Aigues-Mortes.The area boasts some of the best sunshine in France, lasting way beyond September.

The house is in the heart of the old town, restored in 2004, fully equipped with modern appliances and tastefully furnished.

Included is the ground floor studio appartment (sleeps 2),with a fitted kitchen area, tv/dvd, toilet and shower and is ideal for the teenagers or parents in your group.

The middle floor has a good sized shower/w.c, two double bedrooms, with small balconies.

The top floor is a truly spacious, open plan living room, with fitted kitchen, dining area, 2 large Futon Co. sofas (4 more sleeping?) with a full length balcony.
