Halles aux oiseaux

This unusual building was built to serve many purposes and has housed a large museum of birds (hence its' name) over the years. I am not sure if this is still on display but will update the site later.

It has also contained to tourist office but I believe that it is only at Marseillan Plage (the beach) now.

On the ground floor however, you can purchase fresh oysters, mussels,and a great selection of the morning catch in the small markets area.
